The reserve is home to the Big 5, giraffes, zebras, hippos, eland, wildebeest, springbok, over 150 species of native birds – and more!
Twice daily safari tours are organised for overnight visitors, covering a vast 10,000-hectare area where you can encounter most of Africa’s famous wildlife.
Conservation of species is a crucial part of the activities, with animals like lions and cheetahs rescued from private owners or other parks being rehabilitated here for eventual release back into the wild.
