With 25 years of hands-on travel marketing experience, and having lived in Italy, France and Thailand, Maria knows how to connect people, places and cultures. She’s helped hotels and DMCs around the world craft stories that inspire, blending creativity with strategy. Fluent in Italian, French, English and Thai, Maria brings insider knowledge of European and Asian travel trends. From welcoming Italian guests in Thailand to leading marketing for hotels across Southern Europe, she’s all about authentic experiences — the kind today’s travellers crave.
Bringing all her experience together, Maria founded Agorà Studio — and has now formed a strategic alliance with Red Elephant Reps to deliver representation services across France, Spain and Portugal.

Maria loves hiking through Alsace and the Black Forest, finding peace in nature, or whipping up tasty local dishes in her kitchen — all while soaking up Strasbourg’s irresistible French-German charm.
Funniest travel memory ...
Back in her early days in Thailand, Maria once tried to call someone a ‘beautiful girl’ — but a wrong tone in the incredibly difficult Thai language had her calling them ‘unlucky’ instead. Cue one very embarrassed Maria… and a lot of laughter!
